I drive more than an hour for my appointments and the treatment has been very worthwhile. I was receiving steroid injections for a neck issue in early 2018. The mood swings, irritation, depression etc… I noticed by the injections was intolerable. I had a nurse suggest acupuncture and was really convincing as to how much she believed in it. I reached out to a friend who told me about Yanping's Acupuncture. From my first appointment I had a good feeling about the process and a better feeling about Yanping and her true caring about her patients. I have now been going for a year and a half and my life has changed both physically and mentally. I sleep through the night. My chronic hip and knee pain is immeasurably less. My general state of mind is to be much more laid back and patient. A once non believer to a true believer. I cannot ever see myself without the acupuncture way. Having the need for a Acupuncture practitioner, Both my wife and I were very fortunate in locating Serenity Acupuncture in RichardsonTX. Acupuncture has been our saving grace for dealing with chronic pain/fatigue and symptom management! Yanping's professionalism, patience and knowledge add to her treatments. When changes are needed at a follow up visit Yanping always goes over the reason for the changes and not just because! Yanping is also open to any information that is brought in to help you get well. We have never felt rushed at any of our visits, and are always asked if we have any additional questions. I started going to Ping's Clinic after being referred by the Veterans Choice Program. I had to drive a hour and twenty minute ride one way. It was well worth it, as Yanping relieved much of the pain I have had for the past few years. Yanping was very accommodating , as I had to make a few last minute changes and She would get back to Me and make another appointment even as fast as the next day. I hope I never need acupuncture again, but if I did it would only be Yanping. I owe Her a big thank You.
